The Board of Directors of Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan Inc. invites its membership to nominate individuals for election to the board. Elections will take place at the Annual General Meeting to be held Friday, May 9, 2014 at Conexus Arts Centre, Regina.
The Board of Directors has been structured to ensure full provincial representation. The board’s eight elected members consist of representatives from the following regions: two from Saskatoon and area (30 km.); two from Regina and area (30 km.); two from the South Region 1; and two from the North Region 2. For further clarification of the Regions please contact the Saskatoon office. To ensure consistency on the board, members are elected to a two-year term and can serve a maximum of three consecutive terms.
Positions are open for election in the following areas for a two year term:
2 from the South Region, 1 from Saskatoon and 1 from Regina.
Members are eligible for election in the region in which they reside.

Peggie is the principal of Koenig & Associates, a firm she founded in 1994. As a senior level HR executive and entrepreneur her professional expertise includes recruitment and retention, compensation and rewards, strategic human resource initiatives, organizational development and performance management. Peggie is a representative for the Saskatoon region.
Tracey is a professional life coach, an inspirational teacher and speaker who uses her talents to lead, support and encourage clients in living their most authentic professional and personal lives. She is the owner/operator of both See Your Future - Education & Career Fair and See Your Future - Coaching & Mentorship. Tracey joined the Board in 2011 and is representing the Northern region.
Bev is an image consultant, author and workshop facilitator. She is the owner of Bev Anderson Consulting where she assists clients to explore their full potential and to enhance their self-confidence. As a member of Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan and a W.E. mentoring circle, Bev brings strong communication to the community. She represents the Regina region.
Audrey represents the South East region and was previously on the Board from 1998 to 2002. She has been in the computer industry in Yorkton for twelve years as co-owner of Custom
Jackie joined the Board in 2010 and represents the North region. She is a partner at the firm, Paulson & Ferraton in Wynyard. Jackie has been a member of Women Entrepreneurs for fourteen years.
Kellie Garrett is the CEO of Stargazer Consulting, a firm that provides strategy consulting, executive coaching and professional speaker services. She spent many years in senior management at Farm Credit Canada in communications and public relations, marketing, strategy, and knowledge and reputation roles. Among her many credentials, she has a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Kellie was named to Canada's Top 25 of Influence in 2012.
Lana represents the Saskatoon Region and is the owner of Checks n Balances Business Services Inc. She has been a very active member of Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan for 8 years and brings an extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and business, including 30 years of experience in small business. As the owner of a small business, Lana brings a strong network to Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan with a client base of over 300 clients and memberships in a variety of business groups such as the Greater Saskatoon Chamber.
Donna was appointed to the Board in June 2012 to represent the South. She has extensive experience in communications and media relations, as well as strong research, marketing and advertising skills. Donna has a Master of Communications from Royal Roads University, Victoria B.C. She is the owner of Bridge Communications and is the Director Cancer Control for the Canadian Cancer Society in Regina.
