How has Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan Inc. helped you and your business?

W.E. helped instill in me the confidence I needed to take the plunge and start my own business.  The business advice I received was invaluable and kept me focused on what was important, ensuring I had a solid business plan to follow and check myself against to ensure I was on track. 

The Mentoring Circle I am a part of is a great opportunity to bounce ideas off of my peers and to learn what others are doing to achieve success.   

After providing communications advice to government, public and private sector organizations for almost 12 years, Leanne opened Reach Communications in July 2007. With a young family at home, Leanne wanted a career that would allow her to achieve her business and entrepreneurial goals, while at the same time provide her the flexibility to focus on her family.

Reach Communications works with a team of experts in graphic art, design and website creation to develop and implement strategic communications and marketing plans to help organizations better connect with their stakeholders, manage their reputations, and achieve their communications, marketing and business goals. Her practice also includes executive media training.

Leanne's growing client list covers a broad range of business disciplines. She has worked with the City of Saskatoon writing their annual report as well as conducted media training for senior executives at the Canadian Light Source. She is also a registered supplier of communication services for the Government of Saskatchewan.
