How has Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan Inc. helped you and your business?
Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan has been a tremendous wealth of opportunity for my business, The Next Stage, by offering great workshops that have been very valuable to me ranging from marketing technique to how to read financial statements.
The management and staff of W.E. have always been very helpful in offering advice and giving me the answers I need to further grow my business.
I am truly grateful for the fact that W.E. values the empowerment of women by lending financial support to women who are starting and expanding their businesses where some other financial institutions feel they can't take the risk of lending money to entrepreneurial women with vision.
I am truly proud to be a member of Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan.
The Next Stage began in 2005 by Donna Bially offering home staging to Regina homeowners, homebuilders, and realtors. Since then, The Next Stage has staged over 175 homes.
Two years ago, The Next Stage expanded to offer the staging of corporate events such as "Climbing to New Heights" for Sasktel, Look Matter's Corporate Imaging Christmas Client Appreciation Event, Regina and District Food Bank Filling Empty Bowls Art Auction Fundraiser, just to name a few.
The 2007 Regina & District Chamber of Commerce Paragon Awards Finalist in the New Business Venture Category, also speaks to groups about decorating, choosing furniture, basic feng shui, and home staging.
Donna credits a support system of organizations around her for helping her get the business started including Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan, Scotiabank, Regina Realtors, the Leader Post, and Regina Chamber of Commerce.
